Auditions for Between the Lines
Stage III Theatre is excited to announce auditions for our first production of the 2026–2027 season, Between the Lines!
This enchanting new musical brings a beloved fairy tale to life in a story filled with heart, humor, adventure, and the power of finding your own voice. Based on the novel by Jodi Picoult and Samantha van Leer, Between the Lines follows Delilah, a teenager who finds comfort in the pages of her favorite fairy tale. When the story's handsome Prince Oliver begins speaking directly to her, the lines between fantasy and reality start to blur in unexpected and heartwarming ways.
Fans of The Lightning Thief, Mean Girls, Beetlejuice, and other contemporary Broadway musicals will love the modern pop score, vibrant characters, and imaginative storytelling of Between the Lines.
Audition Dates
Saturday, June 27, 2026 – 6:30 PM
Sunday, June 28, 2026 – 2:00 PM
Auditions will be held at Stage III Theatre.
What to Prepare
Please prepare 16–32 bars (approximately 30–60 seconds) of a musical theatre song that best showcases your voice and personality. Bring sheet music in the correct key; an accompanist will be provided. Recorded accompaniment tracks are also welcome.
Choose a song that fits the style of contemporary musical theatre and highlights your strengths as a performer.
